Your Story & Life by Design

A time for you to look at where you have come from and why you are here "Your Story" and begin to audit the areas of your life that need to change. You will be taken through the reason why people change, through pain or pleasure, and why you need to turn your shoulds into musts.  Discover how you can create long lasting change in your life. There are three types of people in the world; the ones that watch things happen, wonder what happens and the people who make things happen.  We can’t do this alone. We believe the responsibility is on all of us to make someone else’s life better and that life does not get better by chance, but only by planned, purposeful change.

Guilt vs Shame

In week 2 we explore the difference between guilt and shame and how you carrying these feelings have impacted our lives.  We will discover techniques to use to release the pressure these emotions hold in our lives and join together in love and support to release the pain a hurt.

There is always a strategy to having a life full of joy, love, happiness, fulfilment or a life full of pain, misery, sadness and suffering. They both come down to the same things, "our standards". We will see you create a life plan with powerful reasons over results. Results are always the outcome of investing in yourself.

Beliefs

Beliefs are so powerful, they represent so much of who we are and the action we take. The stronger the beliefs around the things we deserve like health, wealth, career and relationships, the more action we take towards achievement. If we have filled our lives with limiting beliefs like I can’t, I’m too old, I’m not talented enough, no one cares, people always hurt me; these beliefs create massive amounts of self-neglect and it’s almost impossible to discover the things you truly want and deserve when you are living from limiting beliefs. Julian will take you through how to re-create your belief system and start living you’re your empowering beliefs.

Emotions

Emotions have the power to create or destroy and it comes down to this. Are your emotions using you or are you using your emotions? 90% of your pain comes from trapped emotions and if we don’t dissolve them, they create behaviour that causing suffering in our lives. Julian will take your through how to use your emotions to fuel your life to take better and more consistent action. When we feel better, we do things better.

Relationships

Ultimately, the quality of our lives comes down to the quality of our relationships. Firstly, starting with the most important relationship of all “YOURSELF”. Relationships are all about how we receive love, give love and share love and most people get all 3 wrong, because they are looking for validation rather than self-respect and self-love. Julian will take you through how to stop neglecting your own needs and how to increase your own self-worth, so you can have an amazing relationship with yourself, and then with others.

Human Needs & Not Being Enough

How you meet your needs will cause a lot of pain or cause you a lot of happiness. Most people have an underlaying challenge of not feeling they are enough, so we go out and try and prove the world that we are and as a result we end up meeting other people’s needs not our own. Julian will show you the steps to authenticity and how you be enough in a world that keeps trying to tell you your not.

Mind Map and Mind Set

The mind is the most powerful computer on the planet and we use it for all the wrong reason. The mind controls so much of our behaviour and our feelings. Its really important to understand that what we thing about we BECOME and most people are spending their time focusing on all the wrong areas of their lives. Julian will take you through how to create you own mind map which will allow you to take back control of your thinking patterns and put in place strong paramotors to help you deal with your life challenges.

Peak Performance

Its all in the name, how to we become good to great by using peak performance. To many people are just getting by and settling for the things in life that are meant to be great. Julian will take you through how he turned his life around as a high school dropout to of the most sort after speakers in Australia. Your life deserves more, but firstly you need to deserve more.

We call it resourcefulness; the way in which we build the internal tools to be able to tackle life’s challenge a little different. Our next 10 Week Mentorship program commences on Monday 25th May 2020. The first week you will be given instructions on the things you will require and to get yourself ready to roll.

Graduation will be on Monday 10th August 2020? 

This program requires its members to dive deep and commit to doing the work to better their lives. This is about how much of yourself you are willing to invest in. You get out of the program what you put into it. If you go all in, your life will change drastically, for the better. On average, you will need commit about 2 hours a week to homework and webinars; which you will need to manage yourself. Remember, we’re building new pathways and habits and it takes time. By the end you will be sad it’s over and excited about the future.
